We led the global implementation of a commercial PKI solution for connected ECUs, securing OTA updates, software authentication, and encrypted communication.

 For international enterprises, we developed and implemented strategies that mapped risks, integrated security into M&A and operations, and built governance structures for leadership.

Result & value: Increased security maturity and stronger resilience, enabling organizations to prioritize and manage critical risks with confidence.

 We embedded security requirements directly into purchasing processes, assessed supplier risks, and built portals for self‑assessment and incident reporting. 

Result & value: Reduced risk exposure and greater transparency across the supply chain, turning procurement into a strategic lever for resilience.

We recruited key cyber talent, established global security teams, and launched tailored training programs for diverse stakeholder groups.
